Resolved, I updated Reaper, and for whatever reason, I had two shortcuts for Reaper in the taskbar; I deleted one of the pinned shortcuts.
When I open Cakewalk by Bandlab, Reaper's app icon opens in the Window's taskbar, when I hover over the Reaper icon, it shows Cakewalk and the file I have open at the time; strange... any ideas?
Reaper is not open, or running in the background. The issue started after the CW 28.6.0.34 update; I think...I don't use Reaper that often, nor as a rewire program in CW...
