Using multiple sound "cards" in sonar

I have used a scarlett 414 for years with sonar.  I just got a soundcraft signature mtk 12 yesterday in hopes of using both with the soundcraft as the input and the 414 as the output.  After installing the drivers for the mtk, it showed up in cakewalk under devices, however it was grayed out and unselectable leaving me only the 414 as a selectable device for recording or playback.  Does anyone know if it's possible to have the mtk and another sound card work together in this type of set up?  And if so, any idea what I might have set up wrong?  Thank you.

In short, you could use something like ASIO4ALL to create an "aggregate" audio device.

That said, I wouldn't bother.

The two audio interfaces will be running on separate digital clocks... meaning audio between the two interfaces will drift apart over time (due to minute differences between the two digital clocks).
