Zo 2,918 Posted May 16 The problem is that he avoids exactly what the problem is , dragging midi from EZ keys : yes of course , now try to drop from Studio one : nope !!! so 99 % of my scenarios not covered here ... telecode 101 1,368 Posted May 16 Well this is no fun. You need the drummer band mate to be that grumpy miserable guy sitting behind the drums sneering at everyone with that look, "This music totally sucks, I wish i was in Back Sabbath right now.".
lawajava 483 Posted May 16 (edited) Zo - I just export a MIDI clip from Studio One (to a Midi Exports folder) in my Sudio One song folder. Then import the Midi into Toontrack. Slightly extra step but still quick. Edited May 16 by lawajava

Video wise , i like his style ... OK, I tried this in Studio One... The only thing that I could NOT DO was to drag MIDI directly from a Studio One track into the EZD3 Bandmate window. Otherwise, all of these tasks worked: Drag MIDI directly from EZkeys to EZD3 Bandmate Drag MIDI directly from EZkeys to a Studio One track Drag MIDI directly from EZD3 to a Studio One track Drag MIDI directly from the Studio One file browser into EZD3 Bandmate. Drag MIDI directly from the Windows desktop into EZD3 Bandmate. Reaper is basically the same way. But Cakewalk however, will allow you to drag MIDI directly from a DAW track into Bandmate! So it's not really a EZD issue...

I'm not sure about that, but PreSonus would be the only one to help with that. It's a DAW limitation... Edited May 18 by abacab
