Can someone please give me a step-for-step process on how to use a downloaded plugin?

I downloaded Cakewalk just a couple days ago, and thus have barely any experience. 

Earlier today, I downloaded a synth pack by the name of "2getheraudio Cheeze Machine 2", and I cannot for the life of me figure out why its not letting me use it. I tried using CreativeSauce's tutorial, but for some reason it won't work.

Just start with tutorial 1 and keep watching and you’ll have everything working just fine.
