MusicMan 452 Posted April 19 I actually don't mind some of these, but they do seem a bit like abandonware and no VST3. Given Steinberg has announced they're deprecating VST2 (and have already for Mac), I'd be reluctant in trusting them to update them.
Fleer 8,458 Posted April 19 Indeed. And they just started a new line of synths, iLok free.

Although some look remarkably similar to some of their current ones 😉🤣 I didn't know that about iLok though. I'm sure some people will be very happy about it! Michael A.D. 263 Posted April 19 Loom II is excellent and it makes this deal very worthwhile.

abacab 5,518 Posted April 19 I think it is fairly clear now that AIR has no intention of ever updating their "legacy" synths. Buy them "as-is" if you want to. The new line of synths seem to have scraped a few bits from the older synths, using a new synth engine and interfaces.
Paul Young 1,953 Posted April 19 I guess the Riser is very underrated. I watched a tutorial and the producer always used this.
