Clint Swank 14 Posted April 14, 2022 (edited) My early years were spent in northern Appalachia, more specifically "Pensyltucky". Country music was pretty much all there was around there at the time. I didn't hate it really, but Chuck Berry and Elvis changed everything for me. However, realizing that I was a baritone, bordering on basso profundo, I thought I might give country a try. Unfortunately for my Nashville aspirations, everything I wrote in that genre came across as parody. They hate that down there. (This is a total remix & a WAV file, too. 4/17/22) (New drums & minor bass tweaks, 4/20/22.) Edited April 20, 2022 by Clint Swank

John Vere 1,777 Posted April 15, 2022 good job on a Country swing song. It's super quiet though. You want to be more around 14 LUFS and a peak level of around -1.0. If your not sure on how to do that I cover it in a few of my tutorials.
Clint Swank 14 Posted April 16, 2022 (edited) I ran it through Soundcloud's mastering algorithm. Better? (Ended up doing a complete remix, 4/17/22.) Edited April 17, 2022 by Clint Swank
