I'm not sure I'd call this "weird, really weird" or "yuckie" Jack.
Is it just me, or is the kick only in the left can?
I'd center the kick up and you could add some 1/16 (1/32?) notes to it, it fits the genre.
I'd push the vocal up a bit as well.

Mix issues, I mean. What, did you think I meant something else?  :)

Guitar tones are nice and clear, and the vocals are guttural yet very discernable. It holds the listener's attention, no problem there.

I'd vote for the kick on the left to merge with the kick which I think is on the right, if it's not a low tom right? Perhaps its too conventional for what you want to do here, I get that. Judging by this one, you are mixing things 1,000 times better than a year ago, it's a very clear mix so well done!

Judging by this one, you are mixing things 1,000 times better than a year ago, it's a very clear mix so well done!

                        this really means lots to me.when i started i didn't have any concept of the stuff i have learnt from the forum.especially tom deering me mentor.jack c.

yes tom and toms are center.bass on left.jack c.i just figured out how to sidechain after too many years of not understanding said concept.jack c.
