Cakewalk and Chromebook

Question

Hi there, Does anyone know if Cakewalk is compatible with Chrome OS  for Chromebooks?

Although this won't help with Cakewalk,  it's still an interesting development...

Google has announced that future Chromebooks will be able to run Linux applications on the ChromeOS. Don't know how much performance this will yield for DAW apps, as Chromebooks are generally low spec machines, but there are a few DAWs that can run on Linux.

that succs that i cant download it on my chrome book are you sure thats its not another way to get it even if i just transfer the program from my windows 10 laptop because i have the band lab on this top just not the studio

Cakewalk is Windows only. Not cross-platform, and has always been that way since the original Cakewalk days and throughout the Sonar years. There was an attempt to make a Mac crossover back when the product was still in Gibson's hands, but that never got past an alpha test version.
