Chris Keith 0 Posted September 3, 2021 I'm not sure what happened but all my tracks switch from the standard sound waves to these wavy lines. Now I can't find a place to do edits if need be. anyone know what button I pushed to make this happen?
Patrick Wichrowski 206 Posted September 3, 2021 http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=4&help=Arranging.22.html Quote To zoom horizontally Do one of the following: Click the horizontal zoom buttons to zoom in or out by a fixed percentage each time you click. Drag the horizontal zoom fader to zoom in or out by the amount you drag. Hold down the CTRL key and press the right arrow key (to zoom in) or the LEFT ARROW key (to zoom out). Point the mouse pointer at the top half of the Clips pane or Piano Roll view Time Ruler (the mouse pointer should look like this: ), then drag up/down. Chris Keith 0 Posted September 3, 2021 I don't think it's a matter of zooming in. Here is what the sound waves look like on a typical project. I somehow changed how they look.
bitflipper 2,246 Posted September 3, 2021 Try this: select a track, then choose Process -> Apply Effect -> Remove DC Offset, see if that changes the waveform. Or...apply a steep high-pass filter with a low cutoff frequency (< 50Hz) and see if that changes the waveform.
