Reactivation Required (how to?)

I got this the other day, except the little pop-up box wouldn't accept my log in, even though I have had the same credentials for years.
Having read numerous posts about this problem in the last year, I opened Bandlab Assistant and logged in there (where the log-in was accepted) and saw that they had a new version to download. Did that and updated CbB there and all was cool.

Good afternoon,

I went to the help dropdown and attempted to sign into Bandlab and  the gosh darn help Bandlab sign-in accidentally got deleted.

what are my options and instructions?   This site can’t be reached localhost refused to connect.  Try:  Checking the connection

Checking the proxy and the firewall   ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED   I can't get Cakewalk to do anything...What is the exact step-by-step process to reactivate Cakewalk that is needed?
