Michael Keating Posted April 29, 2021 Share Posted April 29, 2021 I play back my midi files for background in live performance -I use a Roland SC-880 as my sound module I had to use windows XP with a Emagic MT4 because there are no windows 10 drivers available - I'm trying to update to windows 10 with a Midiman 4X4 anniversary - The problem I'm having is some times it stutters - I have installed the drivers and the midisport shows up in devices Does anyone have a fix Thanks for your time Mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Promidi Posted April 30, 2021 Share Posted April 30, 2021 For the Roland SC-880, what you might want to do is, with no projects open, go to MIDI - Playback and Recording and make sure “Driver Mode”is set to MME My configuration is as per my signature and I do not have any MIDI stuttering.
