Can't install certain add-ons

stupider

Question

For some reasons I can't install the "Studio Instrumentals Suit" add-on, it just stuck on 0/1 forever. I've tried installing as administrator, updating windows and drivers, I've already disabled firewall and windows defender and still nothing. Is there anyone that have any idea to help?

I have similar situation when I try to use BA to install Melodyne through the  Add-On.  The screen just showed grey-out app and install check boxes. Clicking those produce no download activities.  I later discovered that I have to delete the entry in the registry to let BA not to think the App is already installed.

Open the Registry Editor

- Computer

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\Cakewalk\Installers

then examine the key listing under installers and identify the one that is not running/not on your computer or not installed successfully by you.  That key could be the one that BA thought it has already been installed and therefore not download.  I found one that has no value set and deleted it.  After the removal BA installed the App without problem.  I hope this is your problem too.
