jcweatherby Posted August 23, 2019 Share Posted August 23, 2019 (edited) I am having a similar issue, trying to connect an Arturia Keylab Mk2 with Cakewalk. I can play synths fine, but no go on the control surface end of things. My settings are all duplicated from this article, Windows 10 is up-to-date, and I just installed the latest version of Cakewalk. After everything is set, the Control Surface panel just says "connecting..." I am not losing any data as described in this thread. The controller simply won't connect. The Keylab is class-compliant, so there are no drivers from Arturia. The drivers are all C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ The Keylab is MCU and HUI compatible, so ACT - I believe - is a nonstarter.
