I can not log in Bandlab assistant

Hello friends,

please, I need help. I can not login in bandlab assistan.

When I click in the boton "log in" nothing happens, no window opens to enter my user and pass. 

I was unistalled all software many times, but the problem persists.

I can login in the web and this forum for example but when i try to login in the bandlab assistant to download de cakewalk the windows in not showed.

Can anybody help me? please.
