Hallam Saunders Posted January 13, 2021 Share Posted January 13, 2021 (edited) Hi guys, I am getting this message literally every time I make any change to a project in Cakewalk and it is incredibly annoying. I am even getting it thrown up as I write this, without even being on the same window as Cakewalk. Does anyone know what is causing it and how I can fix it? Thanks for any help! reginaldStjohn Posted January 13, 2021 Share Posted January 13, 2021 I can't say as I know why that would be happening. Do you have any VST or VSTi's in the project? It might be helpful to narrow it down to if a VST is the thing looking for a file or Cakewalk. Save your project to a new location. Hallam Saunders Posted February 7, 2021 Author Share Posted February 7, 2021 The problem seemed to fix itself after I changed auto-save preferences.
