Can I resize the Preferences window?

DallasSteve

Question

I'm using Windows and when I open Edit Preferences the dialog box/window is so large that the OK/Cancel buttons at the bottom are hidden by my Windows task bar.  Most software would allow you to resize that window, but I can't in this case.  My only choice is to drag the task bar to the side.  Crappy program design, but the price is great.

Maybe using display scaling.

All of CbB fits into 1080 at 100% scale.

To check the display scale setting In Win10

  • Open Settings.
  • Click on System.
  • Click on Display.
  • Under the "Scale and layout" section, click the Advanced scaling settings option.

Hey, I'm having the same problem for my Preferences window. I'm currently at 150% scale. This solution works but the only problem is if I turn it to 100% scale, everything in my computer gets much smaller and I don't want that. Is there a way to just make the Cakewalk program scale smaller?
