This is very cool male vocal texture library for Kontakt.  I usually only like female vocals, but this is right up my alley.

That really IS a nice library, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I appreciate that it is not really your area of interest but are there similar libraries that you would recommend?

Most vocal libraries are solo vocals and choirs.  Stuff like this that can work with more contemporary music is less common.  Is that what you're asking about?

Realivox Ladies is an old library, but nobody has really done it better since it came out.

Realitone has a money back guarantee, so you can try it out, but wait for a sale on this.  Realitone also has a cheaper lite version that only has less sounds.

EastWest tried to do something similar to the Ladies with Voices of Soul.  I think EastWest is a great company so I was looking forward to trying it out on Composer Cloud.  But Wow!  I was pretty stunned about what a total fail this is.  I cannot believe that they would even release something like this.

.The Soundbetter Singers is pretty also bad, but it's free

Indie Voices from Splash Sound is a very small library, but if you wait for a sale it goes for $5   It is totally worth five bucks.

Some of the best contemporary vocals are in Omnisphere.  Oldies but goodies.

There are also some nice backup vocals in IK's SampleTank.

But if you are looking for solo vocal libraries or choirs, then I would have a different answer.
One library that is kind of in the middle is 8dio's The New Studio Sopranos.  It has 9 singers, but you can use three at once.  That's the way I like to use it. It is one of my favorite 8dio libraries.  While it is pricey, it often goes down to around $78.

Yes, thanks for the replies. Soundiron currently have Questionably Barbershop https://soundiron.com/products/questionably-barbershop on sale, although that is not quite what I had in mind. I have Indie Voices but thanks for reminding about SampleTank's vocal samples.

My go-to for quick 'n dirty background vocals is Omnisphere, but that's an expensive route.

The Ladies from Realivox is quite good and a lot of fun to experiment with, and although it takes significantly more effort it's the way to go when you want your faux-vocalists to actually say something besides "ooh".

A FREE Kontakt library that I use often is actually a demo for a singers-for-hire service called SoundBetter
