Surly that is promoting people of colour. If one wants to one can find any phrase or comment and turn it into a racist comment or phrase, it says more about the person who brings it to our attention than the comment or phrase itself. As I understand it also refers to a note progression popular in the Twelve Tone form of music. Historically Cakewalk Music Software was written by the Company formed by Greg Hendershot called Twelve Tone Inc.
