Feature: Arranger should have a customizable default "sections" template

Very simple. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new arranger. 

What I don't like is having to repetitively define the sections every single time. For example, I like consistency. So on EVERY track I work on:

Intro: light blue
Verse: green
Prechorus: purple
chorus: Red
Break / reintro: darker blue.

So forth. 

If we could define these templates from the get go and then just click on what it is, That'd save time in both changing the colors AND naming the sections.
