When the program crashes the program creates a file that documents what was happening inside the program at the moment the crash happened. It is helpful to the developers to have that data as they continue to provide fixes. You can read more about the crash process here: How To Capture A Crash Dump Does the crash happen with a specific project or any project? Are you transposing an audio or midi clip?
