There are literally 3487 reasons why this could be. Tell about your set up. Which version Windows? What audio interface? Latest drivers? (for all hardware) Which driver mode (ASIO or WASAPI) Which virtual instruments are you using? How are you recording MIDI data Which keyboard controller are you using All devices visible in device manager? etc?
