Spitfire LABS Tundra Atmos

Recommended Posts

I can't get this thing to install.  It shows up
starts to download, gets 99% done, then hangs.
When I look at the product it shows 2.38 Gb...but
it's only 488 Mb....and there are 5 of them....pretty weird...
I've done everything I can think of.  Reinstalled SAA, deleted
the temp files, and restarted the download...etc...always
the same...

Hate to say it but seems ok for me too! You'll have to keep quiet until after you download next time Larry as we all just pile in there once you tell us 😉

Well I went to my account at Spitfire and there were, indeed FIVE copies in my account,
and no way to get rid of the duplicates, so I've sent them a support request.  Hopefully
That will fix the problem....

Spitfire Audio - making proprietary a bad idea at every chance.

Edit, spoke too soon.  It seems like they now have a one install limitation on the product, that was not in place previously.

While I've had a couple issues in the past.  Hard to argue against actually free and not requiring an expensive 3rd party app (NI ) to run the library.

I think the LABS thing is fantastic.  in general.

Free because we are beta testing a possible future platform.

Same here, tried another machine and it reaches a certain point and starts over.

That's exactly what happens....it gets to that point then jumps back...gets back
to that point, and jumps back....and just repeats.  I let it go for quite a while to see
if it would ever finish, and it didn't

R U sure. I think with Labs there is no limit.

Effectively when you log in to your account on a different machine the items will say "installed"  in some instances you would have to contact customer support to get an additional "reset"  to then allow it to install again.  It might not be intentinal by design, but it is how it works in the real world.
