How do I increase the volume?

I know there's that thing that goes from -inf to +6db next to the tracks, but even when I put it on full, that's way too low. Is there any other way to increase the volume, cause every track sounds too low compared to any other program. I just want to increase the volume of the program but that option is nowhere to be found.
