Bobo Fret Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 OK, so I'm still using the latest version of Cakewalk Sonar before BandLab came on the scene. Is it better to uninstall Sonar Platinum and then install BandLab Cakewalk? Is Command Center still a thing? Any advice on how to make this as smooth as possible is most appreciated. I have a bunch of projects in the works and I desperately don't want to bollocks it up (which is why I haven't attempted this earlier, but I should probably just make the move...). scook Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Leave Platinum in place so that Cakewalk by BandLab can use the plug-ins and content bundled with Platinum. CbB installs like an upgrade to SONAR with in its own program, content, and user folders while updating the shared utilities. Instead of CCC, CbB installs and activates using BandLab Assistant.
