Suddenly, my projects won't open

Hello, as of today my projects hang on "preparing project" when opening them. This is happening with any project using any of my interfaces.  I'm running Win7 Pro (I know Cakewalk isn't supporting that anymore) and have tried reinstalling Cakewalk and a Windows System Restore, to no avail.  Does anyone know what's happening here? Thank you!

Things to try:

­· Make sure you're using the latest Cakewalk by Bandlab.

· Update your Windows 7 drivers for all of your hardware - pay particular attention to your audio interface and graphic card.

· Update the Vdist runtimes - available from here

· With Cakewalk closed, rename your AUD.ini file, and restart Cakewalk. This file will be rebuilt.
