The audio is as pristine as it can be, all high quality no noise samples. ...How to get Better Audio to MIDI Conversion?

The conversion is not accurate.

It's an art to extract midi well from a recording.

In melodyne there are a number of controls you have...

You can set windows to ignore tones outside the instrument range.

You can change sensitivity for how strong a tone must be to get a note.

Play back the recording, watching the midi and correcting mistakes.

Takes time to get good at it.

Even converting drum replacer to midi you have the same stuff going on. Eq windowing. Threshold. And it still could make mistakes you can only correct manually.

to get good results doing this, you might want to trim the ends of that audio clip so no silence is detected at the beginning.

Then drag the clip to 1:01 on the timeline (the very beginning).
