Mackie Big Knob Stuido+ help please

Just picked one up . I have a couple issues (probably all related) . Metronome is being recorded on to audio tracks (verified by wave inspection).  Plugins are also being recorded to audio tracks when trying to use the mic/line inputs for actual instrument recording. If I deselect the 'usb source select' button on the Mackie cant hear plugins.  Windows 10, current drivers for everything. Lurking for years, Thanks Ric

Thanks for the quick reply, Customer service at Mackie picked up right away and mentioned a little button on the back that I had over looked. Comes from the factory with 'record all sources' enabled, push the button in and Bingo. Thanks again for thinking of that.

I don't have your interface but it sounds to me like you have some sort of "record what you hear" or output looped back into the input setting. The metronome should not be record-able unless the input you are recording is some copy of the output.
