I've always felt Cakewalk had the strongest user forums. I'm giving Cakewalk another go as my DAW and it's really impressive the work that's been done since the last version Gibson had released. I was using Cubase 9.5 for a while but feel it's a bit too bloated. I'm actually really digging that Cakewalk comes quite light now. . . it doesn't include virtual instruments that I don't need and gives me a nice selection of bread-and-butter, good quality effects.
