About Me

  1. I created a project with a sampling rate of 44100 and buffer size of 256. Now I want to change the sampling rate to 48000. I've gone into preferences, made the change but the audio configuration in the tool bar still reads 44100. If I try to play a track I get an error screen stating "device may not support current project's audio format...." . What's going on here?
  2. I have been working with video which uses 48K sampling rate for its audio. Some of my older projects used 41.1K so I needed to develop a procedure that worked for this. Please review the two pages below. If you have any problems and need assistance please let me know. You should not unless you didn't follow it properly, but I've made many mistakes setting this up. So I know some of the issues. Like there is a bug in the Synth View for the frozen function. Sometimes it doesn't work but if you press any of the other two buttons and then come back to the freeze button, it works fine. 😑 I am using a fire-wire audio interface with a windows 10 computer.
