  1. Hi by mistake I've deleted all Sonitus Fx plugins Presets. Reading another post it's easy to recover them by pasting the presets into the folder. I'm asking if someone has the Sonitus FX Presets, to send me that folder so I can paste it into my plugins folder. Thank you.

  3. Hey guys! I would realy like to use this feature: It's a easy and fast way of of creating a costum plugins browser layout. Which can also be saved and imported for future Cakewlak installs. I would like to see the changes that I make reflect in the plugins browser Any chance this works in BandLab's CakeWalk version?
  4. Hi All. I'm having a rather weird problem with several of the freeware k brown synth plugins. (Found at: https://kbrownsynthplugins.weebly.com) It's a very nice collection of soft synths, including among others, korg, moog, yamaha and buchla type synths. And they're all free. I've installed quite a few of them and most of them work fine, be it in a 32 or 64 bit version. However, some of them I can't get for the life of me to work. When I try inserting them into a project (empty or otherwise, via insert instrument track or replace synth (on an existing track)) I always get the same answer from cakewalk: "Failed to insert soft synth. The synth may not be properly installed." I tried redownloading them, reinstalling them, installing them in a different folder, but all to no avail. The strange thing is however that it is only the case with a number of soft synths from this developer. Some series (he has quite a lot of them) work flawlessly, others simply can't be gotten to work. There's the case of one soft synth where the actual synth doesn't work but the fx version does (as an audio effect). Regretfully I'm not enough of a programmer to figure out where the problem could be found. Hence this post and the possibility that there's someone here who knows more about this kind of thing. All the synths are provided as dll's. Anybody here care to figure this out? It think it is worth the time as these soft synths are remarkably good. I'm wonering if anyone else uses these plugins and what their experiences are. If you need more information, don't hesitate to ask. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm on Win 10 pro, laptop intel i7, latest version of cakewalk (bandlab version). Thnx in advance. Enjoy
  5. I'm a brand new user and have spent a few hours trying to watch tutorials and acclimate myself with Cakewalk but I'm having a hard time figuring out these elusive plugins. When I click to add an instrument, I cannot see anything that lets me choose between guitar and drums and keyboard and such. I don't seem to have those plugins included in my download. I've tried to add any folders that look like they might have plugins but still nothing. Do I need to download the standard set of plugins from somewhere?
  6. Just to thank you by Cakewalk, which I find it wonderful and powerful; and to suggest you a feature: just mirroring the plugins folder tree structure in Plugins TAB, as in Windows Explorer. Oftenly, we want to organize our - usually many - thirdy party plugins by ourselves, and this is a very fast way to do that. I used to use that feature in my ancient Synapse Orion (below) and that make things pretty simple. Thats just a suggestion, I know how hard things could be. Thank you for this nice piece of software.

  9. Some VST plugins dont work after adding. Everytime i get errors "Cant load module". The most plugins from this site https://www.dskmusic.com. Look on photo. Files with green icon dont work correctly.
  10. I recently tried to make a project with Cakewalk and found the plugin feature for displaying the genuine folder tree system missing from the instrument effects and the instrument synthesizers section. I have a small library of plugins with an oriented folder tree structure allocation ease for topical use. I am now stuck with either supposed uncategorized alphabetical order or manufacturer/creator listing for my organized structure of folders labeled for intended type of usage. Please allow the genuine folder tree structure to be selectable for people orientated like me. Sonar had the genuine folder setting as default... Some extra notes: (this extra space is reserved for a "forgotten" important note. below is a regular note) The amount of plugins I have are so numberous that many are listed a containers. Expanding the plugins amount will allow (power users)function collectors like me to utilize all of our assets in a more timely manner.
