This comes from a thread on one of the CbB Facebook groups where a number of users were saying how much accidental scroll wheel interference when working in Cakewalk is driving them mad. It would be super useful to be able to disable mouse scroll wheel operation either DAW-wide or for specific views. My personal grind is with the console view, especially accidentally changing parameters either on the tracks (fader levels mostly) or in the Pro Channel. Would be awesome to look at this for a future update. I'd also be keen to know if this is something other users have been similarly plagued by. Cheers 🙌🏼

Hello. I would like to know how to make the scroll bar of the cakewalk console follow my control surface when it selects the tracks ahead ... since I have to move it manually and that seems very tedious. Beforehand thank you very much

Feature Request: Hello Bakers, Can we please make it where when choosing Inputs or Outputs for Tracks we can use the mouse wheel to scroll through the list? Even better: Could you place each section of the input/output lists in collapsible/expandable format, so if I'm looking to choose Channels I can expand the channel list, same method for choosing Buses and Auxes (each would have their own collapsible list once we click on the input or output arrow within a Track). Most appreciated!

This is a feature request. Currently, "now" scrolls across the screen, and across fixed tracks, which can then jump periodically across the screen and provide on ongoing view of the project. I would love to see a fixed "now", let's say indented 10% from the left edge of the display (or ideally by some settable parameter amount), and have the tracks scroll past "now", instead of the other way 'round. It occurs to me that this may never have been added as a feature because of the CPU it would require, but I've never seen the code. Perhaps it is more doable than I know!
