  2. Howdy! So basically I have seen a couple of other forums about this issue but its worse now...I use cakewalk and komplete kontrol, and the issue here is specifically with the play series of komplete kontrol. The audio sounds fine as long as you load up the instrument from the play series and ONLY play on the midi keyboard without pressing play/stop (spacebar) but when you press play then stop it, it resets the cut off knob to zero and the sound becomes muffled and really low. it resets it every single time you press play and stop. The previous fix I found from another user was turning off the "zero controllers when play stops"...I went to check if I had it on but its not even there anymore . If anyone knows an alternative fix that would be awesome! Cheers and have a wonderful day!
  3. Hi Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction with a problem I'm having. I've used Sonar X3 Producer with Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 for a few years quite happily, and often connect my Yamaha midi keyboard to my Komplete Audio 6 interface, in order to play virtual instruments live through Sonar. It still works fine now. Recently I treated myself to the new Komplete Audio 6 Mk 2. Initially I had some audio signal latency problems, which I managed to fix. However I'm still having problems with playing virtual instruments through my Yamaha keyboard. Although I've made sure the latest driver and firmware update is installed, I can now only play one note at a time when using the Mk 2, and either Sonar or the interface also thinks the note is playing forever. I can see that from the virtual representation of the on -screen keyboard that the key is still being held down, when it isn't. If I press the key on the virtual keyboard curing my cursor, it works fine, but not if I generate the signal from my external Yamaha keyboard - which is no good for playing in live time. I'm sure there must be an easy way round this. I've rarely bought anything that didn't have to be tweaked or reconfigured before it worked perfectly, so where there's a will, there's usually a way - this one has me stumped. I've tried changing midi cables and re-installing the driver but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas please? Thanks in advance. Andy
  4. Hey Guys! Quick little Question: I've been running Cakewalk for a little bit more than a year now and i never had any problems. But now i'm recording a song for my Band and since my Tower PC died a few weeks ago i decided to record on my notebook using Cakewalk, my Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 Interface and my Axe-FX Ultra (i'm recording Guitar tracks). Oh and my Notebook is a HP EliteBook 8460p. I'm recording my Tracks digitally via SPDIF and since the AxeFX Ultra only does the SPDIF connections at 48kHz i'm recording everything at 48kHz. So now.... When i import the Drum Track, it converts it from 44.1kHz to 48kHz with no problems as it should. But when i record my Guitar parts, there is a veeeery noticeable latency. The recorded tracks are almost a 1/16 note behind the rest. I Screenshoted all my settings regarding latency and they're attached here. Does anybody know how i can fix this problem? Should i also attach my recorded tracks with the drums, so you can hear the latency? Thanks a lot in advance!
