  1. hello, i'm trying to import a perfectly fine mp4 file to my project. it sounds perfect when i play it on my pc, but once i import it, it's completely corrupted. same happens if i convert to wav. and tips? i currently have no audio interface connected, i'm just playing around getting to know the program. the file was from my pixel phone.

  3. I've noticed that if I add/create an audio track in my Cakewalk project, the file starts making a loud popping noise when I open it. After it's opened, it sounds fine, but just don't understand why it makes that noise when opening. Anyone know what is causing this?
  4. I am using Sonar X1 and I can't open files saved by SONAR 7 The message says these files were saved in a later version of SONAR
  5. I had BSODs when I was recording (not related to Cakewalk I guess, but rather to a buggy Line 6 HD500 driver) and peak files of some of my tracks disappeared. How can I make Cakewalk to rebuild them without ruining my project? I thought about deleting all peak files in the project, but I rather ask here and not ruin the whole project. Here's how the tracks in the project look like:
