When I'm involved in a project, I want it to be presentable as soon as possible (is that considered finished or done?) I gently nag the collaborators asking when they think they will be done. Then if I'm the final project repository I mix/master and I keep giving copies of the latest mix to the collaborators for their approval (or until they a sick of the song and give in).

FWIW I've had it installed(!) since the switch and have never used it since. Back in the fxpansion days I may have used BFD twice. These days (in BBZ which begat BJZ which begat Citizen Regen) I've been relying on real drums played by a real drummer (Hugo Ribeiro), In the old days I relied on a combo of AD2, SSD4/5, EZDrummer and Superior.

I went with the manual download from the website (37 files out of 100 were not downloaded) and the "reinstall library" from IK PM. So far so good. Just under 50% of the files are installed in about 30 minutes.

I got Geddy Lee's Big Beautiful Book of Bass That's all I need for now. Only bummer is I have about 6 missing pages only to be duplicated in place by six extant pages.

Yup, already have done first two steps, multiple times, tried three different drives (NAS, Samples drive and Projects drive) each time making sure the download folders I select in IK PM was abso empty. Moving on to steps 3 - 6.

We had a power failure in the middle of the SampleTank 4 MAX sound installs. Upon reboot and a new attempt to install the sounds I get a javascript error. I'm on Windows 10 Pro. I wanted to do a full uninstall of all things IKM and then do a reinstall of Total Studio Max 4. So I went to all of the product directories under IKM in bit 32bit and 64bit Program Files folders and performed the uninstalls. I thought I was golden. Not so. Sample Tank 4 Max sound install still gets a javascript error. And, now Custom Shop never completes even after two hours of the installer being live and the progress bar keeps doing it's white cloud sweep from left to right while the green bar remains at 50%. What a FusterCluck. Any advice (besides dumping IKM altogether) oh sage ones? I did a search about full uninstall and reinstall on IK's forum. The only thread I could find was for Mac.

I just used CbB the other day to build a demo for bitflipper to work from. And Reaper for our drummer to work from. Of course I used Studio One for Ken/Zargg. Those have topped out as my GoTo DAWs.
