  1. I think ''How Now Fat Cart-Like Wench, Whither Goest Thou Inst Drawers So Fearfully Overpopulated'' may have been one of the more outre' numbers. That or ''Turn of the Century Grape-shot Paranoia''
  2. I've never read that in an insurance policy (then again, I've never really read one...), but if I'd caused the accident I'd hardly remember that anyway, and certainly would apologise.
  3. Could certainly be turned into a song, you have most of the parts there. Not keen on that loud hi-hat on the B section.
  4. Ah, thanks so much Bob, and you're very welcome! Great to see you, look forward to hearing some riffage soon!
  5. Steve - thanks so much, I like me some Focus (no yodelling though..) Lynn - thank you! I will get around to a video soon, I enjoy doing that
  6. Beautiful production, as always. Nice song too.

    BIG JOHN

Nice version, always liked that song. I like the atmosphere from the musical bed and the pattering percussion.
  8. Interesting piece. Started a bit 'manic' for my tastes but I liked it overall. Quite an epic sounding piece. I might vary the lead instrument here and there, the flute seemed a bit over-used by the end.
  9. Err...that's 'poll'..
  10. Hidden S - thanks a lot! (how do you find people's real names on this forum?) Paul - thank you for those nice compliments
  11. Jesse misunderstood my request to start with, I wanted more threads/topics per page. He changed it to 40 posts per page within the thread. Now it's set to 40 threads/20 posts
  12. Took way too long for anything to happen really. An instrumental needs something to hook the listener in fairly quickly, and hold their attention after that I jumped on to 5 mins and found some musical content, I would bring that in much earlier.
  13. I thought it sounded nice and powerful (through headphones). If you wanted the drums to be the focus, that arp synth might be obscuring them a bit. Pretty cool though.

    Flurry68

I like it Bjorn, shades of Tangerine Dream . Cool sense of movement, could be good with a train journey vid, maybe Trans-Siberian. Nice set of sounds, I really must invest in some new synths.
  15. Wouldn't it take up too much screen space if it did?
  16. I'm still only seeing 19 threads. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?
  17. Really like that, I enjoyed the whole thing. No crits
  18. Daryl - that's a nice way of looking at it, thanks Doug - thank you very much
  19. I think this is the best I've heard from you so far John, you seem to be pretty close with your vocals here, and I might tentatively suggest that's because the melody is less complex than on previous songs. The chorus is just fine, very well pitched. Full marks for the piano and bass, really nicely done. Good stuff.
