  1. Jonathan, I was able to fix the issue by doing a clean install of CbB. However, the clean install recommended by Ashwin via my support ticket differed from the one in your docs. Kudos to the great support team for helping me get back to making music!
  2. Thanks Jonathan. Already sent a couple of dump files via my support ticket, but I haven't gotten any answers yet, other than 'looking into it'.
  3. Actually, this plugin came with CbB, not Sonar. I do have my version of Sonar Pro that I used before CbB came out, and it crashes that version as well. Unfortunately, i don't see any way to reinstall the plugin.
  4. I already started a support ticket for this issue, but I would like to post it here as well to see if anyone else is experiencing this. I recently updated to the latest build of CbB with no issues EXCEPT for this: Whenever I try to use the TH3 guitar amp plugin, which I use quite a lot, btw, it crashes the program. This happens in a new session, or if I try to open the plugin in an existing session. As you can see in the image, even though I have a preset loaded, none of the components show on the preset screen. I have the previous version of Cakewalk installed on another machine, and the plugin works fine. I am hoping someone may have a solution.
  5. Follow up on this. After trying to install an ASIO driver for H4 from Zoom, still no luck on this. I have decided to bag the idea and go with Focusrite 212 instead. Hopefully that will work better...
  6. Hi Tecknot. The only driver mode I can use is WASAPI, either exclusive or shared. It is the mode that was working prior to the update. Since the H4 is a pretty old device, I can only use 16 bit depth, and 44.1Khz sample rate. Thanks, Gary
  7. I have been using my Zoom H4 as an audio interface for Cakewalk. I had no issues until I just did the latest update. Now I can no longer use the mics on the Zoom. Whenever i try to record, I get 'Unable to open audio record device. Device may not support the current project's audio format or may be in use.' I have tried a number of different format changes, and also updated the H4 to the latest firmware with no luck. Anyone having a similar issue, or advise for how to fix?
