OK, Sorted now. Need to not have midi IN/OUTS selected in midi devices, and send your MIDI data from piano tracks to the plugin, and the catch the output from the synth on an audio in. So 3 tracks needed 1 for MIDI Notes / Data, one for the plugin, one for the audio.

Anyone being able to get the VST version of the editor running within Cakewalk? I can't get it to see the UBO as an available output when configuring the VST.
