  1. Coming up as UNAVAILABLE .. I imagine will be live shortly?
  2. https://www.izotope.com/en/shop/izotope-holiday-bundle.html So this includes new Audiolens referencing app paired with Ozone 10 Elements (NEW!) and Neutron 4 Elements (NEW!), plus Insight 2 for metering and Stratus by Exponential Audio for reverb clarity. I have the previous bundle with the Ozone v9 Elements and Neutron 3 Elements. So is it worth this $49 to upgrade them to leter versions listed?
  3. @locrian Have you got this already OR is that from the demo trax at the link in the OP The COMMENTS at the utube vid on this are pretty good in general, they cannot be all from company workers etc
  4. I may have misread the email i got .. its a cross grade coupon from the clarinet at 8dio if you have it already. I have rejigged the OP to reflect this. I thought it was a general coupon However there seems to be great value instruments at regular price at soundpaint in general
  5. https://soundpaint.com/products/1967-clarinet-paris The 1967 Clarinet Paris is a mellow, deep-sampled orchestral clarinet featuring our new, true polyphonic H.A.L (Hyper Acoustic Legato) Technology. Paris is focused on emotional realism and effortless expression as you play. 6. Looks good. Some of the scenes have a HALFLIFE feel to them
  7. BTW for the record. I am not at all against the idea of buying plugs and instruments and this section + @cclarry is great for that and alerting of real nice stuff thats available at great prices. All I am on about here is CONSIDER what you are buying and will you use it. To eventually have a nice selection of decent plugs that get used regularly. Its similar to the idea of - for your next project decide on a small limited selection of plugs and just use those for a project, resist temptation to go off on 100s of others and end up getting nothing done, being overwhelmed. Also try an gather a select few decent plugs and LEARN them well. Surely this enhances productivity
  8. THIS + Lets be realistic. Its alot more clutter free plugin wise. Chances are most would install a load of them and NEVER use these plugs again. Add to that the big question: WHY would you buy a load of old back issues other than to get the "free" plugins ( see above )? I would hazzard a guess most end up with a zillion PDFS and really NEVER bother reading any of them .. lets be honest here PS its for this reason I have stopped buying subs to mags at this stage. I really never read them that much anyway .. being honest
  9. Word in browser .. Free .. same for Excel, powerpoint

  11. Yip same here @Niky Serrano .. we didnt see this until too late I wonder will they honour the price for those who got in there? I see at that REDDIT post I added above some people have it on order but ADSR have order ON HOLD

  13. https://vstalarm.com/product/cadenza-guitars-se-by-sound-magic/ Over 12,000 samples, 34GB sample uncompressed Cadenza Guitars SE is a sample library bundle of 3 guitars, featuring a classical guitar, an acoustic guitar and an electric guitar. LIMITLESS SOUND SHAPING POSSIBILITIES Cadenza Guitars SE offers far more sound-shaping options than a sampling instrument with five bands parametric EQ and more control over the harmonic partial sounds. This means you can quickly change timbre with a simple turn of a knob or tune every single note with the Scala tuning system. FULL RANGE OF ARTICULATIONS No two sessions, songs, or musical experiences are alike, which is why Cadenza Guitars SE has been recorded in a variety of formats to suit every need to ensure it fits every musical style. A MUCH SMALLER FOOTPRINT WILL HELP YOU IN A BIG PROJECT Thanks to the latest Hybrid Modelling technology, Cadenza Guitars SE has a much smaller footprint than sample libraries. Not only the total size of the library, but also the RAM occupancy, which is only about 40MB for Classical Guitar.
  14. Also remember you can sign up LEGIT for MICROSOFT 365 FREE account and get Office in your browser FOR FREE .. useable from anywhere online on any system/tablet/phone and uses OneDrive cloud storage for files BUT you can download these files from there to local system if you want. So this is Word, Excel, Powerpoint in your browser ( these apps are not installed on your local system but have associated apps on your phone/tablet ) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web
  15. This was a mistake I would say, now corrected to $124 .. so good luck for those who got in at the $12.50 before they realised this Discussed here:
  16. @Niky Serrano Noodling around with this new MS-20 FILTER ( Guitar 7 Ping preset WITH adjustment ) with my guitar straight into an audio track. Added the MS 20 and the Arturia REV INTENSITY Reverb plug ( infinity preset ) into the FX channel. MP3 result below .. very nice. Guitar set to lead position https://voca.ro/1dF30Az2iSMy Filterms20 guitar1.mp3
  17. Here u go .. the advanced modulation section is HHHOOOUUURRRSSS of fun and seems seriously deep
  18. @Niky Serrano Not off topic at all, Ill bring it home to Cakewalk below .. all welcome .. Most who come to Ireland come to DUBLIN first ( mid east coast ) .. gotta get people out of that habit .. Cork, 2nd city is about half a million .. nice size, CHEAPER, own airport, uni city inc big music departments in all the colleges. City is Hugely MUSICAL as well as County Cork itself, esp West Cork/Clonakilty etc. Rory Gallagher, raised in Cork, buried here too. Supported him in 90s at open air concert. Also played with Noel Redding ( bass player Hendrix ) in 90s, he lived in Clonakilty. The 80s was special, saw a huge surge of original bands, lots of which still exist. Good scene here of people using DAWs and making music with same. Myself and other musos here have been using CAKEWALK since back then, back to DOS even. With the above continued tradition both our Keyboard player who just cannot play guitar and myself who can have both a few of these 8DIO Instant Guitar things as we share projects over the cloud, so what he does on those I will "learn" on actual guitar and record into track. We try and use plugs that we both have and when we share we share the MIDI files with the plugins we both have in the tracks
  19. Cork City, Ireland. Mid south coast of Ireland ( Cork is Irelands 2nd city ).
  20. @PavlovsCat More on way .. band members in diff countries inc USA, so the project / band is like slow cooking, working and sharing via cloud .. but then its been going since early 90s
  21. @Christian Jones re guitar .. check out latest track here www.colourtide.com .. Gettin On - 2.20 Solo .... but lots of guitar throughout inc skanks ..
  22. No prob @Christian Jones .. same here, me a guitar player too primarily. One of the things I want to try with these guitar libraries is to use them for ideas and then "learn" what i did with the library on the actual guitar .. maybe interesting approaching it that way
