Found the issue after, I used to have a second monitor and the sequencer was on the second monitor. That monitor broke down so I took it out. Apparently the view setting still stayed there on that monitor despite there is no monitor at all, and the view just didn't pick up on the one that I'm using. I remembered this and wanted to try it out. I borrowed a monitor from a friend, hooked it up and there it was. Needless to say, I made it docked again to console lol. So stupid but true, I don't know maybe you can even call it a bug.
So the lesson here, if you move your view docks to another monitor while working, make sure you bring them back to the one you are using. As even if the monitor is not there, the program doesn't pick it up and leave the view on the monitor that it's last used.
Still thank you for your help David.
