  10. My dream is this I would find a way to sell the plane ticket, and hopefully make a couple thou profit and then I would combine it with the $25 thou, and buy a bunch of gas cards and then I would get all the forum members to load up their autos and head to Bapu's place for a big Party we would sing and dance the night away, it will be glorious let's do the math 2000 miles to bapu's gas at $5 a gallon a modern auto can get 30 mpg if driven judiciously and then take that 29000 I figure I could by 87 prepaid gas cards to get to Bapu's, and if we car pool, and maybe take public transit, and give the cards to others who may need them more maybe we can get 150 forum members we can have one bad sick party, and we could invite Brian Wilson, and anybody really Maybe have a live band I always thought the Donnas could play a good party We could throw some dinero into the kitty and have some food catered in, maybe a food truck parked outside on the street Might be nice to have a wet bar maybe some event staff in presence to add continuity then jam all night record some sweetness learn about each other "so that's who youi are" you know wouldn't be so crazy that's what i would do

  12. not in a literal sense, and probably not figuratively either, but maybe I'm hanging from a limb on another tree, next to all the other trees in the arboretum, you know, the bees don't discriminate when executing their deed. and the wind blowing is sure to introduce hybrids, in the long run. thanks for actually listeniing
  13. the intro is cool, nice guitar vocals kick in , strong vocals , what was your chain for the vocals? bluesy style nice backing vocals piano is hiding in there, and then the mellotron sounding thing the backward giutar is nice well crafted song vocals maybe a little sibilant in places, sounds good through my focusrite solo and mackie monitors to me it gets a bit gritty in places, but not ness a bad kind, just prominent are you using saturation anywhere? won't need to do much to master this cause the mix is solid I can hear all the work you put into it, wish I could take the time for that.

  17. Me, too. I was married to one for 40 years. I think this band is pretty good too, recorded live, Fanny The group was founded by guitarist June Millington and her sister, bassist Jean, who had been playing music together since they moved from the Philippines to California in the early 1960s.

  19. Believe it or not, you were the first person I thought of who might like this. You turned me on to Brian Wilson several years ago, in the old forum. FWIW, I was able to watch it on my laptop just by clicking on the link and choosing the watch full program tab. https://www.pbs.org/wnet/americanmasters/stream-brian-wilson-documentary/21858/#full_length1
  20. Yes, very nice and sounds great on the computer speakers.
