Garlic

I'm trying to download SONAR, but it requires a Cakewalk account. This is the link I used: https://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR-Mac-Prototype If I try to register a new account, it takes me to a page saying "New Cakewalk account creation is currently disabled." Cakewalk is Windows only, so what are the options for Mac users?
