  1. Hi @msmcleod I managed to find out TTS-1.dll is a 64 bit file: The other ones I am not sure - I've run a search on "Aliasfactor.dll" but the system can't find it. Perhaps they weren't installed due to problem with registration? (don't understand now why TTS-1.dll is found, instead - plot getting thicker, I suppose). In spite of registration issues on those dll's, I'm able to finalize the installation by ignoring them. When Cakewalk gets installed, under Help > About Cakewalk menu, it appears the software is 64 bit. I hope this helps about the "bitness" of those dll's? Thanks, SA
  2. Hi everyone, I've been trying to have a clean installation of Cakewalk for 1 week now. I get an issue which apparently is a well-known one ("Unable to register DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3" on a bunch of dll's files). It seems like this issue has been around for at least 10 years!! I've tried all possible remedies found around on the issue, i.e.: running the whole installation via BandLab control center running the installation via installation file, as administrator uninstalling/installing VC redistributable packages (since 2013 version), restarting system and launching Cakewalk installation as at point 2 updating Windows 10 to the last version (Windows 10 20H2 - which took forever to install), restarting system and launching Cakewalk installation as at point 2 registering via command line mentioned dll's (with elevated privileges) Of course no luck with any of the above. 😔 What bothers me most is that I cannot have TTS-1 Synths, as TTS-1.dll is one of those affected dll's, the other ones being: Aliasfactor.dll Classicphaser.dll Compgate.dll Hfexciter.dll Modfilter.dll Paraq.dll Tempodelay.dll Is there anybody who can indicate some other potential solution for registering these dll's? If not, are TTS-1 synths so good/necessary to justify this huge headache or would you recommend I move on to some other (possibly free) plugin which is comparable in terms of quality? I'm using Intel Core i7 2670QM 2.2GHz, 4GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, nVidia Geforce GT555M on Windows 10 20h2. Hope somebody can help. Thanks a lot. SA
