    I saw that Pezi had said to fix the problem, uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 14.16.27027.1, and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86) 14.24.28127 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) 14.24.28127. I already have both of those installed and and I never had the 2017 version installed, so I'm still stuck...
