Hi! I use Cakewalk mainly for soundtrack and foley.
Since I may insert many tempo changes in a project , I wish the sound effects I record stay in sync with the video. So I need to select clips and change their Time Base from Musical to Absolute all the time. I wish it could be the settable default setting for all clips.
Also, it seems the automation envelopes are stuck in musical time base, fixing that every time I insert a tempo change is really slowing me down.
Maybe the the option is there somewhere and I haven't found it. If so, please enlighten me!
