What a powerhouse of a song. Yes the guitar work is great - as i s the bass. The arrangement and timing used in the song was creative and doggone good! Your vocals and harmonies were equally as good. The lyrics were excellent and very poignant for today. I always enjoy the "additions" that you include in your songs. Excellent work and well done pal!

It has been a while since I have been able to participate on the Forum. A lot has been posted -- I have a lot of catching up to do. Here is a little number about a guy dealing with his best friend who is trying to "snake" his girlfriend. Gee, has anyone experienced this -- like in high school? This song is very rough since it has been a while since I have attempted a song. My wife and I have been sharing CoVid for the past few weeks. I am going to use that as an excuse for the vocals. They are a bit rough (the high notes were hard to reach and sustain). I am planning to re-do them as soon as I get my voice back but I thought that I would request some feedback in order to correct other errors as well. Overall, I was looking for a live performance in a small venue feel - so - complete perfection isn't necessary but clean-up is. Thanks in advance! Hi Bjorn. Thanks very much for listening and for the very kind comments. I first heard the Blues, and 1950's Rhythm and Blues when I was a wee bit of a pre-teen living up in the Great White North. If the weather was just right during the night time hours, I could pull in WLAC broadcast all the way from Nashville Tenn. That was it and I was hooked. I flirted with other styles but I always came back to the blues for a Blues Infusion. To misquote a John Lee Hooker lyric "... it's in him and its got to come out." Thanks again! Hi Steve.
