No idea actually. To me it sounds like three v-layers. It's not IMO a solo instrument, but the 'tightness' control (IIRC-ATM) has a wide dynamic swing as I stated, from soft & squishy, to somewhat robust. Alecias pianos are more striking and percussive and useful as solo instruments tho.

I'll forego any opinion poll, because my choice of a piano is heavily dependent on the material I'm scoring. Sometimes it's NOIRE or UniCorda, sometimes it's a honky upright.

Not to muddy the waters (for all those Piano collectors in here), but I have been somewhat impressed with the Spitfire LABS Autograph Grand for some poppy stuff lately. It's a well known and used C6, and the dynamics make it run the gambit from really soft and squishy to fairly strong. Free.

Edit: and aficionados will notice the slightly off-temper tuning.

You may have a Workspace that doesn't include the VU meters. Look in the help system for "meters" either VU or Peak.

Q1; are you using only one instance of Kontakt with all 4 instruments loaded, or an instance of Kontakt for each instrument?

Q2; Does this happen with any other Kontakt instrument? Ex: Analog Dreams, etc.

Q3; Does this happen with any other VST NOT Kontakt based?

Q4; are all the solo strings on the same MIDI channel/track?

Are you sure your spelling is correct? 

opengl32sw.dll is a graphic routine and should not be in the VST2 scan path.

Either rename it with .OLD extension or remove it to a different location and test again.

Definitely not a bug. Pilot error. Make sure that you are using <File><Export><Track Template> (and not a save function). Also make sure that the destination is correct, recognized by the application, and that you have write permissions.

Troubleshooting 101; create NEW blank project, import stock track template. Rinse & repeat with custom template. Rinse & repeat by creating custom template. Report results. 

I would think that is a matter of personal preference and the amount of patience on hand.

I already have. "Promo.html" is just the object. The container/close button/frame timer is evidently coded into one of the API calls from the executables from last update, and I don't reverse engineer those.

I know that sidechaining has been available since at least SONAR X1 but... I don't know if you could get a 1909 Ford Model T with air conditioning and automatic transmission. 

I used to defrag hard drives monthly and have never had any files affected in any way. Currently have all my project files exclusively on a spinner HD which I  still defrag yearly with no issues. I don't use the OS defrag but a more detailed third party application instead. At the kernal level the functionality is the same, but the housekeeping is much better.

Freeze the synth track, Shift-Drag the audio from there to your new track, mute the source track. If you un-freeze the synth, you can continue editing on it.

Rinse & repeat as necessary. 

The old Sonitus stuff is fine... in the same manner that I would reach for the dynamics section in an SSL 4k console... gets the job done, but ain't nothing to write home about.

It is also possible that you don't have Session Drummer installed as IIRC it was part of a bundle from back in the SONAR dayz. In which case you could try SI-Drum Kit or TTS-1, which also has rudimentary drum kits too.

This video starting at about 1:40 also has another way (using split MIDI/Inst tracks... not my preferred workflow, but...) showing the insert of SI-Drums. 

Session Drummer is an instrument, not a MIDI effect.

Try to create an instrument track & insert SD in that. It will be a combined MIDI track driving the SD.

Your Google response had the nomenclature incorrect. 

Or open the browser [B] and look in the instruments section (little keyboardish icon) for it.
