I deleted my email, I think.  BTW I think I have equivalents with IK and Izotope.

    Good point KK.

Does anyone know how Master Match (IK) and Ozone (iZotope) compare to Metric AB for track referencing? Trying to resist the GAS if I already have something that does the same job. I have used Ozone 8 quite a lot but not for track referencing and never used Master Match although I have it.

It doesn't really make sense since these are NFR licenses.   My only other thought it was designed so people don't accidentally  choose the same license again.

I see your point as it seems that IK licenses allow use on up to 3 computers owned by the licensee (and I knew about the NFR).

When I look at the options again on my PC I can see why I thought none were greyed out. The different greys are very hard to distinguish from each other in Chrome on my PC but much easier in Chrome on my phone! That said there are many options which I already own that aren't greyed out. 🙄

But do you have everything in the group buy?

Yes I have Total Studio 2 Max plus a load of other separate purchases.

For Amplitube I now have everything and TRacks I just need 3 of the tapes and Leslie.  Might be as Larry says above due to bundles vs separate purchases. Seems overly complicated.

Edit: I am editing this on my phone but when I just went back in on my phone there are quite a few greyed out including the items I have just obtained through the GB. It looks like it needs fixing as I was planning on another copy of Amplitube Leslie not to mention a few others.

"Your AXE I/O purchase allows you to redeem bonus content from this dropdown list, valued at $/€349.99 or less! :"

It won't let me pick what I want.  Scrolling skips a lot of stuff.   I want another copy of TR5.  What is up with that?   The same issue exists on Chrome and FF.

    Anyone else have this issue?

T-Racks 5 is there in the list for me (I also purchased an AXE I/O so have all options available). I am using Chrome.

Glad to hear everything is working solid! In AmpliTube select your MIDI input as the AXE I/O. This is under Settings -> Audio/MIDI Set up. Once selected, you can turn preset control on/off in the MIDI menu toward the top of the screen.

The knob doesn't need any addition set up, but if you want you can adjust the messages sent by the knob in the Control section of your AXE I/O control panel.  If you think you've changed your MIDI message for the Preset knob and that may be your issue, right click anywhere in the Control section to reset your setting to default.

Thanks Ryan, that sorted it! That's the only setting I didn't notice 🤦🏻‍♂️ All working fine now 👍🏻

    Congrats ZT!!

I think you'll like it. I also feel the same about Amplitube's menu's....of course, I've been using Bias Amp and also love the new FX2 I recently got. Post back with your thoughts...

Cheers Mesh! Well, I am all up and running and it's sounding great with a nice low latency! 👍🏻

The only issue I have is that I cannot get the preset knob on the front to do anything in Amplitube.  I have checked the MIDI settings in Amplitube and in the Axe I/O control software but no joy so far. I am using version 4.9 of Amplitube which should work OK according to the documentation and the interface was already on the latest firmware (1.04).  Any thoughts on what the issue is?

Anyone else with an Axe I/O got it working or did it just work out of the box? In Amplitube when you go into MIDI, "presets control" is checked and the MIDI channel set to the same as the Axe I/O. However, when I select Control Change -- Global and "Learn" it does not detect any movement or push of the preset knob.  🤔

  7. My AXE I/O arrived this morning and the GB options appeared in my account as soon as I registered it. 👍🏻

Looking forward to installing and giving it a good audition later on.

First impressions are that it's physically smaller than I thought it would be and feels very well built/made to last despite the plastic sides. The knobs are all smooth and don't have any play in them and the switches have a nice positive action. I like that the XLR inputs are on the back so I can hide my mic input there and focus on the guitar inputs at the front.

I am really looking forward to being able to access the Amplitube presets from the front panel though...one of my pet hates about Amplitube are the cascading menus which can make it tricky to select presets. The GB also means that I will now own everything that's available in Amplitube so no more popups about missing effects etc.

  8. Wow! I needn't have rushed 😲

Looks like I will be getting 2 of a few things if that's possible.

Thanks to all those generous IK people and especially Peter and Ryan 👍

You should receive a code with your buy,  I guess. You have to paste that code in the authorization manager and your plugs will appear inmediatly

If you didn't received any code, submit a support ticket telling your issue and they should fix it sooner or later. As peter stated, they will honor the GB if you buy hardware within the GB date.  Don't worry :D

    Thanks for the reply arnoldoo.

I left it until the last minute in case the Labor Day sale price was suddenly available for those buying in Europe but alas that was not the case. However, it was easy to justify by thinking about the extraordinary value added by all of those Group Buy products. I have contacted Peter and opened a support ticket so 🤞🏻

Through September 3rd, we usually will give a little "grace" time and end these when the Italian office opens in the morning the next day.

Rather than miss out on the GB I just went ahead and ordered the AXE I/O from IKM at normal price minus (reduced) jampoints.

However, I don't see any GB option in my account (User Area - Promotions) so how does that happen? I thought if I bought direct from IKM then the GB would automatically appear in my account 🤔 Hopefully Peter can help?

From a conversion I did a little while ago, the Axe I/O would cost ~£400 after conversion and tax from IK; it's ~£365 from Amazon.

Stupid European tax scheme. With max Jam Points the price of hardware in the IK shop is only marginally cheaper than at the local retailer.

I have been doing this "calculation" all week via IKM's website....

Put an AXE I/O in your cart, calculate 30% in jampoints (349.99 EUR x 0.3 = 104.99) and redeem that many jampoints in your cart.

The final amount you pay should work out at around 300 EUR (271 GBP inc VAT at present exchange rates) but as of today it won't accept this many jampoints. As I said I have been "testing" this out all week on their website in readiness for purchase and 104.99 jampoints has worked fine every time until now.  I have just tried other values out and it now only accepts 90 jampoints or lower. Guess I will wait to see what happens on Monday but time is running out!

It's also looking like the Labor Day sale that has enabled some of you lucky folk in the US to get an AXE I/O for a lot less than above does not apply in the UK (the closest thing in the UK seems to be Labour Day which was celebrated on 1st May).

    :(

I wouldn't mind getting it for you and shipping it, but we're getting ready for hurricane Dorian to hit us this weekend. Otherwise, it would've been no problem mate.

No probs Mesh but thanks for the thought...hope you manage to weather the storm! Looks like a nasty one 😬

    Good morning Zinc,

I don't know about the shipping details to UK, but Amazon has it for $249 right  HERE.

(will keep my eye open for deals on this.... ;) )

    Cheers Mesh!

Just checked Amazon UK and it's normal price ☹️.   Shipping from Amazon US is 73.96 USD 😲

  14. Thanks Larry.

Sweetwater doesn't do free shipping to the UK and IK's site is still showing normal price for me. I will wait and see if anything changes later though 🤔
Also, I wonder if IK did reduce the price for labor day then they might not allow use of jampoints.

I will keep an eye out though, cheers.
