  1. Was waiting for your input on this Fleer. Their player looks kinda interesting.
  2. That's definitely the cheapest I've seen Fleer. No more effects for me though (keep saying it to myself).

    Great price, cheers Larry!
  4. That's a new one on me. The only Nora I know is Nora Batty but I guess you mean this one? ... https://squaredheads.com/program/ Will try the demo. Thanks Zo. Aha! Now I see...

Thanks a lot Piotr for the detailed response! It is much appreciated. It's really interesting to hear your negative points regarding Revoice Pro. I watched a few videos on it today and didn't like how it operated compared to Vocalign Project. The lack of integration seemed apparent. Also, all of the demos of the doubler that I found sounded unconvincing (as you also pointed out). As it happens (unlucky or lucky coincidence? ) Vocalign Project stopped working for me this morning after years of faithful service. I think it must have known that I was considering trading it in for a younger model πŸ˜‰ Anyway, after a couple of unsuccessful uninstall/reinstalls I took the opportunity to leave it uninstalled and trial Vocalign Pro 4. I received the trial iLok activation immediately and it was up and running pretty quickly. It's now working perfectly and seems so much better than the lesser version. The fact that it can work on multiple tracks will also be a boon. So my decision is made re Vocalign... buy Pro 4! Thanks for your help in deciding Piotr. I owe ya a beer 🍺🍺 I am still pondering the Melodyne upgrade though. πŸ€”
  6. For the next 10 days get it for PC or Mac for half price ($24). https://harvestplugin.com/

Piotr pretty much sums up Melodyne Editor for me. I use it a lot and find it indispensable. The jump to Editor was a game changer for me. Having watched a few videos of Studio I am torn between the functionality it offers vs upgrading Vocalign Project to Revoice Pro. The latter offers premium vocal tuning, time correction and doubled tracks for music production. I do seem to spend a lot of time aligning vocal tracks. Does anyone here use both and have a preference? In the meantime I will demo both Melodyne Studio and Revoice Pro.
  8. Worked great for me, thanks Piotr Now I just need to keep applying it which could be tricky!
  9. Strategy this year....ummmm.... - More song writing support tools - RapidComposer (got a great KVR deal), Sundog stuff, Scaler (done), Captain Chords (maybe - I'm told it's a bit unstable) - Bargains, freebies and no brainers - Resist temptation to upgrade K12 to K12U until K13U at least. - Maybe upgrade Melodyne Editor to Studio or upgrade Vocalign Project to Revoice Pro. - No more compressors, EQs, effects, loops etc The other option is to forget all of the above and go with Bapu's plan

Thanks Larry. Maybe time for me to upgrade from Editor to Studio (around 132 USD in cart).
  11. Glad you got it sorted Larry. Strange and definitely not fun 😱
  12. https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003509269-Fixing-Software-Update-Installation-Issues-Windows- It solved an issue I had once when Kontakt wouldn't update. I used it to uninstall Kontakt then used NA to re-install it.
  13. You could try the NI Uninstall regtool. Hang on I have a link somewhere....
  14. It also took a while here but it did update to 2.2.0 though NA. Here's the install path if that helps Larry.
  15. Thanks Larry and IK (Peter)! Downloading now (it's a 3.1Gb download btw ) EDIT: Sounds great! P.S. Don't forget to run Authorization Manager to unlock it in ST4 using the serial in your account.
  16. You have 🀯! My OCD just wants all my Waves plugins on V11 πŸ€ͺ
  17. Don't have it but it does look good. I like their acoustic guitar libraries and this electric one seems to add a few extra subtleties to the mix (e.g. chords, arp, riff). I just wish you could also use it without the pattern player. Might be worth a punt though for half price.
  18. Nothing on WUP though?
  19. Same here Mesh! That's the only one I was after but not at full price (less 9 GBP voucher). Actually, last night I was checking what I didn't install from Komplete 12 when I got it due to lack of hard drive space. As I recently got a 1Tb Nvme ssd for Sampletank 4 Max I now have space to install all of the rest of Komplete. So I reckon that'll keep me going for now (the Discovery Series stuff mentioned by TTF does look good so will install that first).
  20. Thanks Larry! There's also a couple of free libraries for the full version of Kontakt (with optional suggested small donation)... Snaps Claps Slaps Stomps & Shouts Palette – Primary Colors They require you to download Pulse Downloader to install ( https://pulsedownloader.com/ )
  21. Lol, every time I add something to my basket I get a notification on this forum with another suggestion. Think I'm going to end up with all of them! Should have just listened to Larry
  22. Glad I'm not the only one to think that Rocky! I treat them as reference material now. Despite the length of the first video he has somehow manages to distill a lot of theory into a few basic rules.
  23. Might be worth registering with them if you haven't already Mesh as I got an email with a coupon code from them for the offer.
  24. They did the same on 27th November 2017 which was when I picked it up for $39 (just checked back on my emails). Wonder if they will do the same this year?
  25. Wow! That's some low pricing 😲 Any recommendations Fleer?
