We have confirmed MODO DRUM works on Cakewalk by BandLab (that's what the other thread referenced above mentions) and Sonar. Looking further into Sonar now though to verify versions etc. Thanks! Edit - just retested MODO DRUM in Sonar with latest version and it works fully there too. Please open a ticket with IK Support.

Sorry to hear you have issues. I would, however, recommend opening a ticket with IK Support as they would be able to best troubleshoot and assist and make sure you get up and running with MODO DRUM.

If you filled out the general form, not a tech support request, a ticket number is not created and for general inquiries the response time is typically longer and it should have stated that when your entry was confirmed. Glad to hear your issue was resolved.

If this is the case, then OP should still have AmpliTube 2 Live in their User Area under "My Products". I verified that my personal account has this legacy product listed in my product list and it has download links. If Cakewalk by BandLab supports 32-bit plugins in exactly the same way then this installation should work as well as the previous.

Ah ok, gotcha. Lake Fenton is great, I have lots of memories there too. Sadly, my parents won't have their place on Case's Island much longer and I cannot pick it up as it would be quite a burden due to distance, etc. But they'll still live on the mainland.

Please see the post you quoted. There is no white noise during the demo period. Please see the FAQ for the steps, if you're hearing noise bursts then you're not following those steps most likely. https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=798 Sorry, but I also have to say it is hardly convoluted. There are five steps in that FAQ and one doesn't even count as a step. We have an easy "Try" button in Custom Shop. Click that, keep it open, make sure you're connected to the internet, open the standalone or plugin and go. That doesn't seem very convoluted to me.

They also answer OP's original post that seems to indicate it is installed, and has been reinstalled multiple times (so they have the installers): But it is also correct that this would be better served via official and direct IK Support as was posted in the thread too. Also note that if AmplITube 2 was registered, it would still be available in OP's IK User area. IK Support can also help figure out why that may not be the case.
