In the 60's I spent 3 years in the USA when I was a little boy and very found of Motown sound ,Steve Winwood,  the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Kinks etc...  And came after Jimi Hendrix, CSNY, Loggins and Messina, Yes, Pink Floyd, etc.. etc..

So I began by the drums and the guitar in the 70's, playing in jazz rock group since 77 with Stratocaster, Marshall and all that JH stuff .

I stopped orchestras in the 80's (a bit fed up with egotic musicians), becaming home studyist (I was one of the first french musician using Teac Tascam 144 cassette recorder in 1985 and Cakewalk PC software in 1991 !), playing keyboards, drum machines, etc...  In guitar, it became my brasilian bossa nova period. As I met Pastorius, I began seriously to play the bass guitar (and now up right bass) which became my main string instrument.

In the 90's, it was family time, so I slow down with music (just a bit of home studio) ... and then I came back in the 00's as a bass player playing jazz and jazz and rock n'roll and blues in several  west parisian bands until now.

Now, I return to home studio working  synth music and still playing in jazz band.
